Alex reached out from Texas with a secret — he was planning to propose during their trip to Boston. We planned everything together, and when the day came, I was already hidden in the Public Garden. He knelt, Kendyl said yes through happy tears, and I caught every second. Afterward, the nerves were gone and we wandered the garden together, all smiles.
