Booking and session credit terms
These terms explain our current offers. Your signed booking agreement records the services, payment schedule and any agreed changes for your booking.
Proposal and engagement credits
Sign the wedding contract and pay the normal booking retainer within 3 months after your proposal session, or within 2 months after your engagement session. The wedding may take place later, subject to availability. One eligible session credit per wedding; credits cannot stack. If both qualify, the larger credit applies. The credit equals the session package amount paid, excluding separately charged travel, permits, prints and extras, and reduces the wedding balance; it is not a cash refund or a replacement for the retainer. With the Full Day wedding package, a credited engagement session counts as the included engagement session; a credited proposal session does not replace the included engagement session.
Wedding packages start at $2,649. Proposal and engagement packages each start at $699. For example, an eligible $849 proposal session reduces a $4,249 Full Day wedding package to $3,400 before any separately agreed extras. The normal wedding retainer is still due.
Full Day engagement session
The Full Day package includes an Essential engagement session ($699 value). If you already paid for an engagement session and apply that eligible session credit, your completed session fulfills this inclusion; there is no second complimentary engagement session. If you apply a proposal credit, the included engagement session remains available. An unused included session has no separate cash value.
Gallery delivery
Wedding galleries are delivered within 30 days. Essential engagement includes a sneak peek within 48 hours and a full gallery within 14 days. Signature engagement includes a 48-hour sneak peek and a 10-day gallery; Complete includes a 24-hour sneak peek and a 7-day gallery.
Dates, extras and changes
Credit deadlines run from the session date to the date both the signed wedding contract and normal booking retainer are received. Your wedding date can be later and must be available. Separately charged travel, permits, prints and extras are excluded from the session credit. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by your signed agreement. Any rush service or additional products must be confirmed in your quote before booking.
