Connor had a plan and a ring a few weeks before the day. We went back and forth on every detail — the route, the timing, where I'd be waiting. On the day, I set up near the pond in the Public Garden well before they arrived. He brought Katelyn out on what looked like an ordinary afternoon stroll, knelt, and the rest was pure emotion.
